Theme Builder Repairs

Why we have been down the past 24 hours.

We recently have been getting complaints that the upload features on the theme builder were not functioning correctly. For some reason, the image would remain uploading forever, and when you refreshed the page the image would then be available.

Last night, we shut down the theme builder to try to investigate this issue. We ended up completely removing the old upload system and replacing it with a new and faster upload system written from scratch. After many facepalms and headbangs, we have finally got the builder back in its original condition.

I finally finished building a theme and then tried downloading it but it wouldn't let me. What do I do ,?

nothing works for me not the wallpapers not the custom icons nothing and seems very slow all the new fetures are great but please HELP ME

This update is the best but when are we going have all the features working 100%? I was building a Theme a Really nice 1 by the way and i was almost done but when i tried saving it just said something about they are working on it. Im Really excited for the new features, i just hope they hurry and have everything working already. Oh yeah almost 4got theres something wrong with the loading process too seems like it keeps loading until u refresh the page.

hi when i go into theme builder there is no preset wallpapers there and have to upload my own is there something i need to do to get the preset ones.

it wont let me update my theme it has been accepted i just wanted to change 1 icon but it wont let me it is called Modern Warfare 2 Epic Theme

I would hate to bust your bubble, but this problem is still persisting. I keep having to refresh the page and i just give up on uploading any icons. I would put up with it if you could upload and iconify more than just one icon. Heck! I would buy the app if I could do thAt, but right now it just takes up too much time.

Crud, It's Not Working For Me It Stopped Working Yesterday, Whenever I Try To Save A Theme It Says It Saved Successfully Click Here To View The Theme But When I Click The Click Here To View The Theme Button It Brings Me Back To The Theme Builder And It's Not Saved. I'm Using Safari I've Tried It On Two Different Computers And The Same Thing Happens. Any Help?
