dannywr![]() | Although the Theme Builder has plenty of stock images to choose from, of course you can also create and upload your own. Images you upload can technically be any size and are automatically fit, but this does mean your images are going to be stretched/shrunk and so quality loss may be inevitable. For the best results when using your own images you upload to the Theme Builder, make them with the following sizes. They also need to be saved in .png format so transparent areas don't get turned either black or white. The categories below relate to which option you choose in this Welcome box (only in Theme Builder 2.1 and later): ![]() 'Standard' refers to the 320x480 resolution on iPhone 2G, 3G, 3G[S], and iPod touch 1G, 2G, 3G, or the 1024x768 resolution on the iPad. 'Retina' refers to the HD Retina display specifically for iPhone 4 and iPod touch 4. iPhone & iPod touch (Standard): (Width x Height) Icons: 59x60 Dock: 320x91 Backgrounds: 320x480 Sliders: 71x47 Slider Backgrounds: 320x96 or 79x96 Unlock Text Highlights: 80x32 Status Bar Backgrounds: 320x20 Carriers: 50x20 iPhone & iPod touch (Retina): (Width x Height) Icons: 118x120 Dock: 640x182 Backgrounds: 640x960 Sliders: 142x94 Slider Backgrounds: 640x192 or 158x192 Unlock Text Highlights: 160x64 Status Bar Backgrounds: 640x40 Carriers: 100x40 iPad (1G and 2G): (Width x Height) Icons: 74x76 Dock: 1024x91 Backgrounds: 1024x1024 Sliders: 65x51 Slider Backgrounds: 1024x128 or 79x128 Unlock Text Highlights: 80x32 Status Bar Backgrounds: 1024x20 Carriers: 50x20 Due to changes by Apple from firmware upgrades, these sizes may change in the future. |

LethalRabbit![]() | 'Sliders: 71x47' For the Retina displays you should manually put them in there with size 142x94. Seems to work. |

dannywr![]() | retina ppi is 326, all resolutions are doubled for retina.. but remember the theme builder doesnt support retina images right this second so they will be downsized anyway.. 160 ppi for standard images |
